FAQ
-
Do the colors wash out?
No, the colors will not wash out. They may fade slightly over time, but not significantly. With proper care your garment will remain beautiful for years to come, if not forever!

Why dye with plants?
The fashion industry is one of the biggest culprits in global pollution from the amount of water used to manufacture fabric to the synthetic dyes that pollute the water systems. Water is life. Nature has given us an incredible array of color, there is no need to pollute our water system in the name of fashion.

Yes I do! Often with a baby strapped to my back and a toddler in tow. All of the fabrics I use are sourced ethically and are either organic are upcycled.

How do I care for my garment?
Care is rather simple and similar to any other delicate in your wardrbe. You can hand wash with cool water in the sink with a small amount of ph neutral soap. Most castille or natural soaps are suitable. You can also machine wash seperate on a gentle cycle. To dry, air dry is best, not in the sunlight. If you want to re-soften just place the clothing on tumble dry in the dyer. To iron use the appropriate iron setting for the fiber and iron inside out.
